Unify Deaf Choir Performing at the King’s Coronation

Here is a message from Katie Rowley to share the amazing news…

The secret is finally out! I can now share this proud moment that is up and coming!

So proud to share the news that Unify – the all deaf sign performance group – will be performing for the King’s Coronation as part of the Coronation Choir!

14 of our members will be attending this prestigious event and signing a song along with other choirs from across the country who will be singing.

Whilst I will be personally performing, I have been so proud to work with the group over the last two months preparing for this mighty task, working together to settle on the signs and as Unify will also be featured on the BBC1 documentary about the Coronation Choir.

I hope you will join me in supporting our all deaf group who are doing this for BSL, and for everyone who is part of the deaf community whatever their background.

We are unified in our love for BSL and signed song and now Unify takes this to Windsor Castle to share with the world!

The Coronation Concert takes place on Sunday 7 May and will be broadcast live!
